Rhythm & Gospel: SA Gospel Star Khaya Mthethwa To Host New Show On BET

BET’s new gospel show – Rhythm & Gospel to be hosted by Gospel star Khaya Mthethwa will not only bring Sunday praise and worship to gospel lovers, it will also give fans front row seats in the lives of gospel stars.

The show is coming to your TV screens from 21 May at 13:00 on BET Africa (DStv 129) with multi-award winning gospel star Khaya Mthethwa as host.

Rhythm & Gospel will see Khaya chat to some of the big shots in SA gospel. This will give fans the opportunity to get answers to some of the questions about their lives.

Thus, if you have ever wondered how these stars started their journey, how they have been able to achieve so much, and what they plan to do next, then you might need to watch out for the show.

The young gospel star, Khaya will engage some of the big names in the industry including Rebecca Malope, Judith Sephuma, Lebo Sekgobela and Dr Tumi in revealing interviews.



Vice President for BET Youth & Music for Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) Africa, Monde Twala, said the channel is proud to present its first ever locally produced Gospel show.

This is a continuation of our ongoing commitment to local talent and programming that resonates with our market.”

On the other hand, Khaya said he’s honoured to be able to sit with gospel legends to talk about their journey so far and where they are headed.
