A U.S endorsement deal worth a whopping $100,000 is the latest international achievement by former Miss South Africa Liesl Laurie.
Her publicist confirmed this during a media interview.
The endorsement deal for U.S cosmetic brand Extreme Lashes will officially kick off in September. The brand is currently distributing products in South Africa and Africa for the first time.
The beauty queen’s publicist Jarred Doyle revealed that she is overly excited about the endorsement deal. She is also looking forward to working with Fabu Lite, the company that owns Extreme Lashes.
“Yes we can confirm that we are in the final stages of negotiations with Fabu Lite regarding an international endorsement deal. It’s a dollar-structured deal but we can’t disclose its financial value,” said Doyle.
“Liesl is very happy and excited to land such a deal so soon after her reign as Miss South Africa. It’s been great working with the Fabu Lite team,” said Jarred.
The brand, Extreme Lashes is a well-known brand in the United States. It gets more popularity with by being endorsed by popular TV shows – The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Business partners at Fabu Lite, Elizma Smith and Nerina Moodley confirmed the news too. They added that full details would be made public as time goes on.
In addition to the endorsement, former Miss South Africa Liesl Laurie also bagged a radio gig. The Eldorado Park born beauty queen recently celebrated joining the Jacaranda FM team with her very own Sunday evening radio show.
The show will see her pick up the mic from 8pm until midnight every week.
