Earlier on Friday, Fransman received another damning judgement from the Western Cape High Court. The court ruled against his application to avoid appearing before the Provincial Legislature’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts (Scopa).

Today, the court dismissed his application and also ordered him to pay the legislature’s legal costs.
