AKA; Bonang; DJ Zinhle and Euphonik have finally been rewarded at the 2016 Feather Awards for stealing the headlines throughout this year.
The aforementioned South African celebs received an award – Drama Queen of the Year award, at the 2016 Feather Awards on Thursday night.
The award was given in honour of their part in keeping the headlines hot with their relationship drama.
Accordingly, if we weren’t reading stuff about them as a group, either one of them must have something to say about the others. Arguably, the four have been the most talked about celebs for some time now.
They somehow managed to web themselves into a controversial bunch through their past relationships.
The award was collected by radio/TV personality Somizi on their behalf. His acceptance speech was followed by AKA’s hit single Congratulate.
On other categories, Somizi and his new bestie TT Mbha were crowned Cutest Couple. While accepting the award, Somizi couldn’t help but poke fun at his former BFF Bonang Matheba.
Olympic gold medallist Caster Semenya who was unable to attend the event, walked away with two awards, for Role Model of the Year and Sports Personality of the Year.
Actor and TV personality Aaron Moloisi accepted one of the awards on her behalf.
