Four years after they got married, the CNN correspondent and her husband welcomed two amazing kids. Their first child is a girl named Roosevelt Jolie Serfaty. Christened after the former U.S. President Roosevelt, she was born in May 2017 which means she is now 17 years old.
Apart from the former president, the significance behind the name of their first daughter is the meaning, which stands for “rose field”. This is in honor of their favorite spot and a place that was significant in their relationship, Rose Park, a patch connecting East Georgetown and Dupont Circle.
