Registration Process For Varsity College

It is expected that before you embark on the registration process that you must have filled and submitted an application to study at the institution either online or on campus. At varsity college, applications are accompanied by a non-refundable application fee which is payable online or through EFT.

Once your application is successful, you can proceed to registration. Just follow the steps below.

• Follow the link
• Select your registration type – Full time, part-time, or short learning.
• Then proceed to fill in the required fields on the form.
• If you are a new student, log on using your personalized account credentials (i.e. application ID) but if you are a returning student, simply log on using your student number.
• Fill in your own personal email address or VCConnect email address.
• Complete all the qualification information.
• Also, feel free to complete all your personal information in the boxes provided.
• Fill in all your Education information.
• Type in your account payer details in the provided box.
• Input your tuition costs, workshops, payment method as well as modules. You must select one payment method, either terms or full settlement.
• Enter your early registration discount amount in the provided box. You can reach out to the campus to confirm yours.
• Select how you want to make your payments.
• Enter your emergency contact details.
• Indicate if you would want to apply for a bursary and then if you are on scholarship.
• Upload your registration documents.
• Complete the important forms and documents in the next section.
• Click on the acceptance tick boxes in the Terms of Registration area.
• Submit your form.
• You will be sent a confirmation email, a copy of the contract attached, and any documents that you have uploaded.

Note: If you are an international student, simply indicate if you have made an application to SAQA or USAf – as well as the status of the evaluation or application. (which you submitted to SAQA/USAf or The IIE)

• A certified copy of the account payer’s South African ID book or passport.
• An original Varsity College registration form. It must be completed and signed in black ink.
• A certified copy of your South African ID book or passport.
• A certified copy of your National Senior Certificate or Statement of Results or equivalent.

Note: If you a holder of a foreign passport, you need to get a valid study visa made in the name of The Independent Institute of Education handy before the course commencement date.
