Candace Herman (born 1947; Aged: 77) is the daughter of Larry Storch, a renowned American comedian and actor, and his wife, Norma Catherine Greve.

Candace Herman’s father was active in the entertainment industry from 1939 to 2005 and is mostly known for his voice-over for Mr. Whoopee on Tennessee Tuxedo and His Tales. Candace is Larry’s only biological child with his wife, Norma Catherine Greve. She keeps a very low profile, but here are some things to know about her.

We cannot say how long they possibly dated or how they even met, but we know that they got married in 1961. Aside from rekindling their love, Candace’s parents also wanted to have her back in their lives, and they did. So, the once-separated family became reunited.

What we cannot say for sure is what their reunion was like and whether Candace’s adoptive family was so willing to give her back to her biological parents. It is also unclear what Candace’s relationship with her parents during and after the reunion was like.

After her parents married, they did not have any other child together, making Candace Herman the only child they shared. Notwithstanding, Candace has two half-siblings, who we will discuss later.

Despite being a child to celebrities, Candace Herman has never really been in the spotlight. She prefers to keep her life away from the media. She Lost Her Mother In 2003

Candace Herman’s mother, Catherine Norma Greve, was born on the 6th of April 1922 in Pocatello, Idaho, USA. Catherine was an actress who was best known for featuring in The Perils of P.K. (1986). However, she was also featured in other movies like Exo-man, The Six Million Dollar Man, and The Woman Hunter.

At the age of 81, Catherine lost her life to the cold hands of death. According to some sources, she battled cancer before she died. As a result of Candace’s desire to live a low-profile life, we do not know what the impact of the death of her mother was like for her.

She Has Two Half-Siblings From Her Mother

Prior to Catherine’s marriage to Larry Storch in 1961, Catherine was married and divorced twice. She first got married to Jack May, with whom she had a son called Lary May. We do not know what the relationship between Lary and Candace is like, however, he was most likely born before her.

After Catherine and Larry’s short relationship that led to Candace’s birth, Catherine got married to Jimmy Cross, with whom she had a daughter named June Cross. June Cross was born on January 5, 1954. She is a documentary film director and producer and is the most popular half-sibling of Candace Herman.

Catherine and Jimmy Cross did not have the best relationship, as there are reports that he was an alcohol abuser, which made him physically abuse Catherine Norma.

Candace Herman Lost Her Father in 2022

Candace Herman’s father, Larry Storch, died at 99 – just with 100 years in sight. He was born on the 8th of January 1923 in New York City. His father, Alfred Storch, was a broker and cab driver, while his mother, Sally Kupperman Storch, was a telephone operator.

As a high school student, Larry already developed a passion for comedy and dropped out and took a job as a comic for $12 a week. However, he had to take a break to join the US Army during World War II.

After the war, he continued his career as a comedian. Between 1965 to 1967, his career experienced massive bloom as he became famous for playing the role of scheming Corporal Randolph Agarn in the situation comedy F Troop, which earned him an Emmy Awards nomination in 1967.

He finally brought his entertainment career to an end in 2005. Before that, he was featured in productions such as I Dream of Jeannie, Columbo, Get Smart, Gilligan’s Island, Car 54, Where Are You?, and The Persuaders, to mention a few.

The nature of his relationship with his daughter Candance is not available to the media; however, he most likely loved her so much.
