Jennifer Lucas (born January 19, 1972) is an American TV producer and writer who is primarily known as the wife of Byron Allen, a businessman, comedian, and television producer.

Jennifer was born Jennifer Ann Lucas on the 19th of January 1972 in Minneapolis to a father named Robert Lucas and a mother named Cheri Lucas. Her mother who is originally from Los Angeles worked at the Chancellors Office Communications at the University of California until her retirement in December 2017.
Lucas was raised by her parents in Minneapolis which happens to also be her father Robert’s hometown. It is not known which high school she attended but Jennifer is a graduate of St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minn. Jennifer Lucas married Byron Allen on the 1st of September 2007 in Beverly Hills California. Their wedding which was held at the Hotel Bel-Air was officiated by Robert A. Ringler, a deputy commissioner of civil marriages for Los Angeles County.
The ceremony was attended by about 120 guests which included industry bigwigs like Natalie Cole and Eddie Murphy. For her big day, Lucas wore a white tube wedding gown by Carolina Herrera. Planned by Mindy Weiss, the wedding reception hall looked like something from a fantasy movie decorated with thousands of red roses.
For dessert, guests at the wedding were served with a five-tiered cake with two flavors – vanilla cake with dark chocolate filling and dark chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. The couple revealed to People Magazine that they were having a girl and that they were really excited. They also said it was one of their ultimate wishes to have children and that the timing was perfect. The ace TV producer also added that her husband Byron would be an amazing and phenomenal dad. Though they revealed Chloe’s due date to be the 29th of August, she arrived 7 days earlier on the 22nd at 2.15 pm. She weighed 7 lbs 14 oz and was 20 inches long.
Two years later, Lucas and her husband welcomed their second child, a daughter named Olivia Rose Allen on the 7th of April, 2010. She arrived at 12.11 pm and weighed 8 lbs 7 oz, the baby measured 20.5 inches long.

Right after college graduation, Jennifer Lucas began working in the movie industry and today, she is a successful TV producer with a long list of credits to her name. Records of her work are available from not earlier than 2001 when she produced an episode of the TV series, Dismissed. In total, she has produced no less than 28 works, including movies and several episodes of TV shows.
Her first long-term work as a producer was on the show, Comics Unleashed, where she produced 49 episodes. She would then produce a number of TV documentaries, including Every Woman and Beautiful Homes & Great Estates. Some of her other TV shows include Justice for All with Judge Cristina Perez, Supreme Justice with Judge Karen, The First Family, and Mr. Box Office.
