All About Megan Fox’s Elder Sister Kristi Branim Fox

Kristi Branim Fox (born June 2, 1974; Aged: 49) is an American high school counselor best known as Megan Fox’s elder sister. Many thought that Kristi is also part of the entertainment industry like Megan but that is not true. She has always worked in the education field and has been employed by several academic institutions in California as a counselor. Kristi was once married and has two sons.

Kristi Branim Fox was Born in 1974

Kristi Branim Fox was born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on June 2, 1974. She has American citizenship and her ethnicity is caucasian with English, distant French, Irish, Scottish, and Welsh bloodlines. With that said, we are yet to factor in her sixth great-grandmother that hails from the Indigenous tribe of the Powhatan Americans.

Her parents are Franklin Thomas Fox (father) and Gloria Darlene (Mother). While Franklin worked and retired as a parole officer, Gloria earned her living in the real estate industry as a manager. They wedded in 1971 and had Kristi three years later.

Kristi shared her childhood with one sister, Megan Fox. Kristi and Megan didn’t grow up under the watch of their biological father. Megan was barely three when Franklin and Gloria called it quits with their relationship, leading their mum to go into a second marriage with a man who was simply called, Tony Tonachio.

Tony’s profession is not known but the family started having financial struggles after he married Gloria. In addition, Tony was religious and extremely strict. He sent Megan and Kristi Branim Fox to a Christian school and forbade both of them from dating or bringing friends home. She is Twelve Years Older Than her Sister, Megan Fox

There is a 12-year age difference between Kristi Branim Fox and Megan Fox. After Kristi Branim Fox was born in June 1974, her parents had to wait for twelve years before welcoming their second child, Megan Fox. Megan joined the family on May 16th, 1986.

Kristi’s younger sister, Megan is a known face in the movies. After she made her debut, Megan landed an iconic role in Transformers as Mikaela Banes; this served as her big break. Some of her best-known productions include Above the Shadows, What I Like About You, Friends with Kids, and Two and a Half Men. Megan is a four-time winner of the Teen Choice Awards and has won Scream Awards a couple of times.

She can boast over 15 years of working experience and is presently employed by Beverly Hills High School as its head counselor.

Before moving to Beverly Hills High School, Kristi was with Mira Costa High School located in Manhattan Beach where she put in several years as a College and Career Counselor. She also spent quality time on the East Coast working with some high schools in her capacity as their director of counseling.

Even though she is not a mainstream celebrity, Kristi Branim Fox is making an impact in her career life. She has been described as a supportive cum passionate counselor who makes the transition from high school level to college very smooth for her wards. She was Previously Married to a Teacher Named Douglas Brahim

Kristi Branim Fox was once married to Douglas Ray Branim, an education teacher. The duo met in the line of duty at a school called St.Lucie West K-8 and started dating. We don’t know exactly when they met or how long they dated but the couple exchanged wedding vows in 1995. It was a private affair, attended by just family and very close friends.

The couple went on to live together for over two decades before their union hit the rocks in 2018. Kristi hasn’t said much about her love life before getting married to Douglas but she used to crush on Brian Austin Green, the man who later married her younger sister.

The Marriage Produced her Two Sons Namely Caleb and Kyler

Kristin Branim Fox is a mother of two boys. Six years after her wedding to Doughlas, she gave birth to their first son, Kyler Branim in 2001. Kyler is an athlete who played varsity football at Notre Dame high school graduating in 2019. He is now an undergraduate student at UCLA where he has continued playing football.

Kyler is two years older than his younger brother, Caleb who joined the family in 2003. Though their parents are divorced, both Caleb and Kyler share close bonds with them. We have seen both boys attend functions with their parents, and Kristi and Doughlas often go to Kyler’s matches.

Kristi’s Facebook page is suffused with pictures of her sons’ happy occasions including birthdays and other anniversaries.

From what is obvious, the high school counselor has found love in the arms of another man. Though Kristi Branim Fox is not the type to gush about her love life on social media, she has shared quite a few pictures of the new man in her life via Facebook. They have been spotted traveling to exotic spots for romantic dates and vacations.

Though she was quick to reveal her man’s face, Kristi declined to mention his name. Recent reports said the couple has taken their relationship a notch higher by becoming engaged. This was revealed by Kristi who posted a Facebook picture where they brandished their ringed fingers. The couple now lives under the same roof in LA, California.
