He matriculated from Port Shepstone High School and later enrolled at Durban University of Technology for further studies. However, his course of study and the year he graduated are not public knowledge.
He is the Second Son of Musa Mseleku and Ma Yeni
Mpumelelo Mseleku is the second son of the South African billionaire polygamist and his second wife Ma Yeni. He shares a deep and cordial relationship with his parents as evident on their reality TV shows and social media accounts.
It is difficult to tell the relationship between his parents at the time of his birth. However, the two are still together regardless that Musa married two other women after Ma Yeni.
Mpumelelo is a spitting image of his father. They share an admirable father-son relationship. On several accounts, Musa has had to come out publicly to defend his son with the latest being his public attack on South African musician and internet celebrity Queen Lolly who claimed to have had an affair with Mpumelelo.
Queen Lolly, who is famed for her controversial relationships with notable artists in the industry, had claimed she bedded Mpumelelo. Musa, in response, called her a ‘distraction’ and also warned his son to avoid any sort of relationship with her.
Furthermore, the Mseleku jointly petitioned Queen Lolly, asking her to steer clear from the younger Mseleku.

In December 2022, Mnini made headlines after he emerged as a top achiever in his school. His father took to his Instagram account to celebrate the young boy for achieving such a commendable feat.
Obanzi is the youngest child of Mseleku and Ma Yeni. She is fast-growing and being raised by her mother in the separate apartment her father built for her mother.
Musa’s Son is a Reality TV Star and Professional Footballer

The son of the acclaimed polygamist is a reality TV star of his family’s reality TV shows – Uthando neS’thembu and Izingane zeS’thembu. The latter focuses on Musa’s five eldest children of which Mpumelelo is among.
The younger Mseleku is also a professional footballer who is currently listed as a member of the Moroka Swallows Football Club. He made his first appearance for the football side as a substitute during the DStv Diski Challenge in mid-2022.
Mpumelelo also owns a security outfit called Sbindi Security Services. His company entered a partnership with the BMW dealer, BMW Bryanston, in January 2023. He shared a photo of the deal on his Instagram account to the excitement of his loyal fans.
On his Twitter and Facebook bios, Mpumelelo describes himself as a DJ, artist manager, and the CEO of Philicon Entertainment. However, not much is known about these aspects of his hustle as he hasn’t shared any information or photos about them.

Does Mpumelelo Mseleku Have a Wife or Girlfriend?
Mpumelelo does not have a wife at the moment because he is not married yet. However, he is in romantic relationships with two South African women named Vuyokazi Nxeweni and Tirelo Kale.
Kale is his latest girlfriend but there is no insight into how long they’ve been together, and when and where they met. The two are not yet married but they share a child together.
The duo welcomed their bundle of joy in June 2023. Mseleku’s relationships with these women have earned him much media coverage with their age gaps being the most talked-about aspect of the relationships.
Both Vuyokazi and Tirelo are older than Mpumelelo but their age gaps seem not to be a problem for them, including Mpumelelo’s parents.
A lot of people have accused the younger Mseleku of ‘confusing’ the Zulu polygamist practice. According to them, while Mpumelelo sees himself as a polygamist like his father, he’s far from one because he’s yet to marry any of his girlfriends.
He was further advised to desist from impregnating women and claiming to be a polygamist. In a recent interview, Mseleku emphasized that he plans to marry 7 women (starting with the two women in his life presently) and that he is not doing it to please his father (who has 4 wives, 10 children, and many girlfriends).

Mpumelelo and Vuyokazi Nxeweni have given birth to a child. Her name is Mhlophekazi Mseleku and she was born on 25th May 2020.

Reacting to Mpumelelo and Nxeweni’s maternity shoot, Musa thanked the young lady for playing a part in expanding the Mseleku family, assuring her that she is greatly loved.
