Ryan Upchurch suffered heavy losses in millions of dollars, which his mother stole from him. The Story of Ryan Upchurch’s Mom’s Drama

Ryan Upchurch and his mom, Patty Lynn, used to have a great relationship, which made it very easy for her to understand his numbers and have access to his funds. According to the rapper, he allowed his mom and his brothers to live with him and bought houses for all of them.

Their relationship was good for many years, and for more than seven years, the singer provided for all his family members. However, his relationship with his mother ended in February 2023 when the singer declared he didn’t want to see her ever again or have anything to do with her, saying she was fake.

This was after he uncovered that she was stealing money from him, and even after he complained to her that he could not explain how his money was disappearing, she told him he had a spending problem. She advised him he needed to slow down on spending.

However, a twist in the story soon came after Ryan realized that his money was being siphoned. His mom used it to buy multiple houses that cost between $500,000 to $1 million dollars.

Amidst the drama with his mom, Ryan, who stated that he used to be a mama’s boy, declared that his mom was dead to him and that anyone in the family who stood with her or associated with her was also dead to him.

He also took a swipe at his father, whom he described as an idiot and illiterate. He claimed he had never had a great relationship with his dad, although the older Upchurch had called him to pay his taxes and help him pay his workers.

Ryan Upchurch’s Mom’s House

Ryan revealed that he bought a house for his mom as he bought it for his other family members. But then, she has at least seven more houses, which she bought with money she allegedly got from him.

He was aware that the first house was bought for his brother, Austin. However, the issue he had with the property was that although it was purchased with his money, the deed was in Patty and Austin’s names.

The second house was bought through the company created by his mom, Bluemoon Entertainment 100, and although it was supposed to be his house, the deed did not also carry his name. This suggests it belonged to his mom and her company.

The third and fourth houses were also in BlueMoon’s name. The fifth house was bought with funds from the company, but it was bought in the name of Patty Lynn.

The sixth house was bought by Patty only eight days after the sold-out show of her son in Municipal. The property was bought for $500,000 in cash which she transferred to her friend. However, when the news broke, Patty transferred the title of the property to Ryan.

Patty, bought the seventh house with funds from Blue Moon Entertainment, LLC, and it was also in her name. Apart from all these, the only house she bought for her son using his own money was Ghost Ranch. This was before the title to the property she got using her friend’s name was transferred back to him.

Patty Lynn Ryan Upchurch Insisted Her Son Was Lying Against Her

Amidst all that was said about her, Patty took to social media to claim that Ryan was only slandering her because there was no truth to what he was saying. She claimed that she owned Bluemoon Entertainment 100 percent and some of his songs were written by her other sons, Ryans’s brothers.

The creation of Blue Moon Entertainment, LLC by Patty was to help in controlling some of the funds coming to Upchurch away from his company. It is alleged that it was through this company that she accessed her son’s funds. She claimed that the company was hers and anything that passed through it was her money.

Patty claimed she was standing up for her other sons because Ryan was trying to get back things he bought for them, which she claimed was his nature.

Ryan Upchurch and his mom are now in court, where Ryan is demanding $25 million for fraud.
