Travis Kelce does not have any kids, although his nieces from his brother Jason’s marriage to Kylie Kelce (née McDevitt) have often been erroneously referred to as his children. It is important to point out that given the strong resemblance between Travis and his older brother Jason, several of their fans and uninformed outlets have erroneously put forth the notion that he is married. However, the reality remains that Jason is the one who is happily married to his wife Kylie.
Travis Kelce is Not Dating Presently
Added to the fact that he is not married is another important piece of information based on the reality that Travis Kelce is not officially dating anyone at present. It does not mean though that he has been celibate all his adult life, far from it. The NFL star has been in a good number of relationships. The most significant one though rains the on-and-off one he had with former beauty pageant queen and TV personality Kayla Nicole.
According to several reliable sources, the Chiefs tight end began dating the model in 2017 after linking up on social media. As previously stated, the nature of the relationship was fraught with instability as the now-ex-couple was broken up more times than they were together.
It’s been reported that Kelce and Nicole went public with their relationship a short while after his previous relationship had ended. However, sources close to the couple confirmed that they had gone their separate ways in the wake of the 2020 pandemic.
They reunited in November 2020 but ultimately ended things between each other in May 2022. The overriding reason for their breakup has never been made clear, but the beautiful model has regularly alleged that she ended things with the NFL star because he cheated on her.
Travis Kelce Has Been in a Couple of Failed Relationships
While his much-publicized relationship with Kayla Nicole is usually the reference point when talking about Kelce’s relationship history, it is necessary to buttress the fact that he has been in a couple of other relationships.
Nevertheless, all those relationships pretty much ended the same way the one he had with Nicole did, in failure. A look back on certain aspects of the NFL star’s personal life aptly suggests that finding love has always been on his list of priorities.
He even had to become part of a TV show titled Catching Kelce, televised on E! in 2015, to achieve his goals. According to Travis, the thought process behind his getting involved in the reality TV series was motivated by his search for love, which had taken him to bars and other social circles to no avail.
By the time the show wrapped in April, Maya Cranberry had emerged as the winner of the show, and the former couple took their relationship off-screen into the real world. However, once there, the reality of what happens away from the camera caught up with them, and the relationship ended after 8 months.
Maya accused the football player of cheating on her by stating that she had been surprised by the reports that stated that Travis had been in a relationship with Kayla Nicole for 6 months, barely 5 months after hers with him had ended.
Following his split from Kayla Nicole, rumors that the NFL star was dating popular Access Hollywood correspondent Zuri Hall began making the rounds in November 2022. Despite seemingly convincing footage of the pair in each other’s space, nothing concrete has come of those rumors as neither Kelce nor Hall has deemed it fit to comment on the still ongoing rumors about their being in a relationship.
Travis Kelce is Not Yet a Father
Contrary to several reports claiming that the Chiefs tight end is a father of two, Travis Kelce has yet to experience the feeling of being a father. None of the women he ever dated had a child for him, but every indication points to the fact that he will make a great dad when the time comes.
While he may not know what it feels like to be a father, Travis certainly knows the feeling of being a fun uncle, at least to his brother Jason’s kids, Wyatt Elizabeth and Elliotte Ray Kelce.
As previously mentioned, Kelce looks so much like his older brother that people sometimes confuse him for being the father of his brother’s girls. The devoted way he relates with them as well has also served to perpetuate that confusion on occasion, but once again, Travis Kelce is not yet a father.
