Nadia Nakai does not have a child and she is currently not pregnant. The sensational rapper only mentioned wanting a child with her late fiancé AKA before his tragic passing.
Everything suggests that Nakai’s dream for AKA to have a child with her did not come true. She doesn’t appear to be pregnant, and she has never acknowledged having a baby with anyone, based on the most current photos she’s been posting on Instagram.

Nadia Nakai, rapper AKA’s celebrity girlfriend at the time of his death, is not pregnant at the moment. She has always wanted to have her kids but with only AKA, as she mentioned in one of the joint interviews the couple granted before AKA passed away.
Rumors about the Zimbabwean-South African rapper and television personality being pregnant broke after the interview she had with her late boyfriend aired on an episode of SABC’s The Insider SA.
The episode aired on the eve of Valentine’s Day, just barely four days after AKA was shot in the head while standing outside a Durban-based restaurant on Florida Road called Wish at around 10 P.M. by unknown gunmen.
The interview brought to the limelight the enviable love that existed between the two, some of the plans they had for the future, and the late rapper’s confession about why he loved Nadia.
At the end of the interview, many of their fans quickly went online to share their thoughts after their romance with so many speculating that Nadia was pregnant.

It’s been months since AKA passed and Nadia is yet to come to terms with his death. She is still struggling to move on but one clear thing is that she is not pregnant. In addition, she has never reacted or commented on the rumor in the media or any other platform.

Nadia did not give birth to kids from any of her previous relationships before her relationship with AKA started.
Although she is someone who loves kids so much, her heart’s desire was to start making babies with her assassinated boyfriend but unfortunately, that did not eventually happen.
Nakai is sometimes seen in pictures with AKA’s daughter Kairo Forbes even before his demise. This made a lot of people who do not really know their connection believe that Kairo is her biological daughter.

Nakai and Kiernan Jarryd Forbes (born January 28, 1988) were dating before he tragically passed away alongside his friend Tebello Motsoane.
The two started secretly dating in 2021 and eventually went public with their by attending red-carpet events as a couple, getting his and her tattoos, and sharing loved-up posts about each other on their respective Instagram accounts.
During the time they were dating, the lovers attended numerous star-studded events together in the entertainment industry including the SA Fashion opening party which took place at Midrand in April 2022.
The Naaa Meaan crooner even hinted in late 2022 that she and AKA were likely to record songs together for their fans. Nakai’s connection with AKA happened shortly after she left Cassper Nyovest‘s Family Tree record label.
While a lot of people felt that she betrayed Nyovest (who played a significant role in her journey to greatness and stardom) by leaving his label and subsequently having something serious to do with the late Forbes (who happened to be Casper’s biggest rival in the hip-hop industry), Nadia has always held the opposite view.
Nakai’s romance with Kiernan came to an end on February 10, 2023, after he was declared dead in Durban following a shot in his head by an unknown gunman.
