<\/a><\/p>\n BT<\/a> reported that the average value of deed transactions for houses on Clifton Road is at about R49 million. Thus, Clifton Road is the\u00a0country\u2019s most expensive street.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Fresnaye<\/a>\u00a0as one\u00a0of Cape Town’s most affluent suburbs comes next after\u00a0Clifton Road with the average value of deed transactions at\u00a0R43 million. Fresnaye is\u00a0situated between Signal Hill and\u00a0Sea Point, a few kilometres to the west of Cape Town’s Central Business District, and is\u00a0set on the slopes of Lion\u2019s Head in the East and between Sea Point and\u00a0Bantry Bay to the suburb’s North West and South West respectively.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Steenways Road<\/a> has a length of 0.26 kilometres and is located\u00a0next to Llandudno in the western city of Cape Town. With\u00a0Steenways Road’s\u00a0average value of deed transactions estimated at R40 million, the suburb is the third most expensive street in South Africa.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Hyde Park<\/a>\u00a0as a wealthy suburb of Johannesburg was\u00a0named after London\u2019s prestigious Hyde Park area, and they are both admired. Hyde Park\u00a0borders Illovo, Sandhurst, and Craighall Park. 4th Road Street is apparently, the most expensive street in the suburb and the fourth most expensive in South Africa.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n As the fifth most expensive street in South Africa,\u00a0Upper Sidmouth Avenue’s\u00a0average value of deed transactions is at 29.2 million.\u00a0Upper Sidmouth Avenue<\/a> is next to Wynberg Hill with\u00a0a length of 0.23 kilometres. Chesterton narrated that “Bishopscourt is a small, wealthy residential suburb in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town in the Western Cape, South Africa. It is part of the Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality created in 2000, which includes the greater Cape Town area. Bryanston\u00a0is a wealthy residential suburb of Johannesburg that was initially a\u00a0suburb of\u00a0Sandton but was later on\u00a0merged with Johannesburg to form part of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. Bryanston is forked\u00a0by Bryanston Drive, running from the outskirts of Randburg to the beginning of Morningside, and its\u00a0Lowndes Road Street is presently the sixth most expensive street in South Africa.<\/p>\n <\/a>As\u00a0an affluent neighbourhood populated mostly by young professionals, Gardens suburb<\/a>\u00a0is an inner-city suburb of Cape Town located just to the south of the city\u00a0directly beneath Table Mountain and Lion’s Head.\u00a0Glen Avenue, a street in this suburb had an\u00a0average value of deed transactions estimated at\u00a0R26.6 Million.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Empire Place is next to Sandhurst and is located in City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, Gauteng, South Africa. Empire Place<\/a> has a length of 1.72 kilometres, and as stated above, had average deed transactions valued at R26.475 million.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n As stated earlier, Hyde park is\u00a0a wealthy suburb of Johannesburg.\u00a04th Road Street is the most expensive street in this suburb, and Christopherson Road comes next after 4th Road but is, however, the 9th most expensive street in the whole of South Africa.<\/p>\n2.
