In an episode of <em>RHOD<\/em>, she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news24.com\/life\/arts-and-entertainment\/celebrities\/rhods-mbali-ngiba-debuts-a-growing-baby-as-she-takes-to-social-media-to-share-baby-news-20230831\">revealed<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/buzzsouthafrica.com\/nonku-williams-has-three-kids-with-her-ex-husband-and-the-late-sfiso-ncwane-glimpse-inside-her-life\/\">Nonku Williams<\/a> that her first child was sickly from birth and had a heart problem. Tragically, he passed on at the age of 16. She also fell pregnant in 2018 but had an ectopic pregnancy &#8211; a condition whereby a fertilized egg gets implanted and grows outside the main cavity of the uterus.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, the fertilized egg would not survive, and the condition may cause life-threatening bleeding if untreated. Consequently, one of Mbali&#8217;s fallopian tubes was cut out, and her womb was cleaned so that another baby would be able to grow in the tube. Thankfully, she was able to conceive and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeslive.co.za\/amp\/tshisa-live\/tshisa-live\/2023-08-31-real-housewives-of-durban-star-mbali-ngiba-announces-pregnancy\/\">showed off<\/a> her baby bump in August 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Though she had a conversation with her then-fianc\u00e9 about trying to conceive another child in the fourth episode of <em>RHOD S3<\/em>, it&#8217;s still unclear who the father of her baby is, having separated from Madolo.
