He was eventually <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news24.com\/amp\/news24\/southafrica\/news\/just-in-nhlanhla-lux-dlamini-gets-caution-and-discharge-sentence-over-2019-assault-trial-no-show-20220413\">sentenced<\/a> with &#8216;caution and discharge.&#8217;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Did Nhlanhla Lux&#8217;s Father Pass Away?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In March 2022, Nhlanhla Lux, who was then leader of Operation Dudla, was a guest on <em>Kaya Drive<\/em> hosted by <a href=\"https:\/\/buzzsouthafrica.com\/sizwe-dhlomo-net-worth-and-a-roundup-of-businesses-that-made-him-rich\/\">Sizwe Dhlomo<\/a>. On the show, he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celebgossip.co.za\/celeb-gossip-news\/36935-filthy-rich-operationdudula-leader-nhlanhla-luxs-father-was-a-cash-in-transit-heist-mastermind.html\">revealed<\/a> his father had died but didn&#8217;t disclose when he passed away and what led to his death. Surprisingly, Nhlanhla publicized that his father was a criminal who took part in CIT heists.<\/p>\n<p>He said his dad used the money he got from a robbery operation to pay off his school fees five years in advance. Nhlanhla Lux Dlamini further described his dad as an apartheid struggle hero and a gangster who was coerced into robbing banks to fund the struggle. He said his father later switched to business before passing.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Where is Nhlanhla Lux From, and is His Father Zimbabwean?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Though many people speculate that Nhlanhla Lux&#8217;s father was a Zimbabwean, the political activist describes himself as a Sowetan, and his father is believed to have come from Soweto.
