How the Controversial List of Wackest Rappers in SA Emerged

South Africans were greeted on September 1, 2022, with a list of 20 local rappers who are regarded as the worst rappers of all time. The contentious list was published by Everything SA Music, a well-known local website for fans of African music.

After it was published, the list sparked a great deal of debate about the individuals that were included in it. It’s interesting to note that the list has continued to elicit conflicting viewpoints online because some music lovers believe that some of the names on the list shouldn’t be there because they are personal favorites of theirs.
