Kliptown Secondary School &#8211; in Klerksdorp, Robert Mpisi was very fluent in English to the notice of his English teacher, who advised and encouraged him to join the school theatre club. On joining the theatre club, he realized he enjoyed acting and knew he was going to be an actor and so, he picked up interest in acting.<\/p>\n<p>Going further in his education, after matriculating in Klerksdorp, he moved further to Johannesburg, where he studied acting at AFDA and the Actors Centre in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. He graduated from AFDA with a BA in live performance.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>His First TV Role Was in the SABC1 Drama Series, Tsha Tsha<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The talented actor discovered his talent for acting at a very young age. Robert Mpisi was 15 years old when he landed his first television role, which was given to him in a drama series titled Tsha Tsha on SABC 1, and at age 17, he got his first stage play titled Madeline En Sy Kinders. While on the journey in his career, Mpisi had to learn from friends and mentors in the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n<p>They helped him get more acquainted with his acting skills and the entertainment industry. Soon he caught the acting bug and was featured in various TV dramas, films, and commercials.
