Gabisile Tshabalala (born on June 20th, 1990) is a 33 year-old actress and TV presenter who rose to fame for playing the roles of Pinkie Mojeki in Hola Mpinji and Sylvia in Intersexions. She has been married to Sacha Maswa Kongolo since 2015.

While attending theatre classes, the Soshanguve-born saw the advertisement for auditions for the South African Broadcasting Corporation youth drama series Hola Mpinji. She went to the audition and landed the starring role of Pinkie Mojeki in the SABC2 drama series in 2010.
Interestingly, Gabisile Tshabalala’s outstanding performance in the series bagged her SAFTA Golden Horn nomination for Best Supporting Actress in TV Soap in 2011.
Later in 2012, she was cast as Sylvia in the SABC1 drama series, Intersexions. With these two roles, Gabilise was able to catch the interest of TV series producers as more roles kept coming her way. She had the role of Cindi Shabangu in another SABC1 drama series, Fallen. Then in 2013, she joined the cast of Scandal and portrayed the character of Gontse from 2013 to 2015.
Gabilise abruptly left Scandal, and her sudden departure fueled the speculation that she was fired from the show. After going on two years hiatus to focus on her family after the termination of her contract on Scandal, Gabisile Tshabala bagged a TV presenting role on SABC1. She co-hosted Throw Back Thursday with comedian Skhumbuza Hlophe, professionally known as Skhumba. The show ran for two seasons on the TV station, from 2017 to 2018.
Furthermore, Gabisile T hosted TMI on Moja Love in 2020. The SAFTA Award nominee served as the presenter of the Stena Redemption Show on the eReality channel the next year. Then in 2022, she debuted as the co-host of the reality TV series, The Lovey Dovey along with Somizi Mhlongo on Moja Love.
The reality dating and love show featured 15 contestants looking for love and living under one roof. The show’s winners were to get the wedding of their dreams and take home prize money of R500,000.
