He noted that he was not alone with the girls, as his manager, friend, and girlfriend were also present. He admitted that the girls spent two days with him without their parent’s consent and that none of them drank alcohol, as widely speculated. According to him, the alcoholic drinks seen in the video were consumed by adults present with him.
The singer’s statement was taken with a pinch of salt by the public, who sarcastically dubbed him ‘Amapiano R Kelly’. A lot of people subsequently called for him to be charged with rape and kidnapping after several sources reported that some of the girls had gone missing.

In May 2022, controversial South African blogger Musa left social media buzzing after he shared that Busta 929 had impregnated a Grade 11 student named Tshepang.
