However, that happens to be the only thing both men have in common.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Are Judge Bruce Schroeder and Actor Ricky Schroeder Related?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The fact that Judge Bruce Schroeder and Ricky Schroeder were found to be bearing the same last names raised speculations that the two might be related. However, internet searches have revealed that Bruce and Ricky have no family ties.<\/p>\n<p>Their last names have been declared a coincidence, and there is the fact that both men have German ancestry, according to their Wiki pages. His parents, Richard John Schroder (father) and Diane Katherine Bartlett (mother), brought up their son on Staten Island.<\/p>\n<p>Both John and Diana worked at AT&amp;T. Ricky has German ancestry in his makeup as his paternal grandfather migrated to America from Germany.\u00a0As an actor, Ricky started from juvenile roles, and his debut was recorded on the set of the movie, The Champ, which was released in 1979.<\/p>\n<p>The situational comedy Silver Spoon brought him to the limelight, and he continued acting into adulthood.\u00a0Ricky is also a movie director, with the 2004 movie Black Cloud as his directorial debut. He is equally a producer with the production of films and documentaries like Locker 13 and The Fighting Season. (war documentary) under his belt.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Judge Bruce Schroeder Was Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Born in 1946, Judge Bruce Schroeder is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin, native Who belongs to the German-American Society. He is an alum of Marquette University, where he bagged a BA in history and political science, graduating in 1967. Proceeding to Marquette University Law School, Bruce earned J.D. in 1970.<\/p>\n<p>After completing his academics, Bruce started working in Kenosha County as an assistant district attorney. He then went into private practice and returned in 1983 as a judge presiding over the County Circuit. Bruce usually handles high-profile cases, and he has been on the job for decades.<\/p>\n<p>He has what has been described as a&#8221; one-of-a-kind problem-solving approach.&#8221; Bruce currently enjoys pride of place as Kenosha County&#8217;s longest-serving judge, and he became popular in 2021 after presiding over the case of the Kenosha shootings involving Kyle Rittenhouse.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The judge is the longest-serving circuit court judge in Wisconsin.
