Right from a tender age, he showed interest in sports, particularly baseball. In high school, he began to explore his passion for baseball, and he grew in sports. He got so excellent that he earned a place at the University of Miami on an athletic scholarship.<\/p>\n<p>After he matriculated in 2001, he did not stop playing. Richard grew fast and before long, the school named him the best All-state Outfielder. However, he did not abandon attaining a degree. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kiplinger.com\/authors\/richard-giannotti-investment-adviser-representative\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Richard got a Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/a> in Business Administration while playing at the university.<\/p>\n<p>The schools he attended propelled his success in the baseball line very much. Right from high school to his university level, Richard made his passion for sports go hand in hand with his education. One did not affect the other, so he was able to be successful in baseball and education.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Giannotti Was First Drafted by Anaheim Angels<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>After Richard&#8217;s graduation, the then-called Anaheim Angels, now Los Angeles Angels, drafted him into their team. He worked with them for a year, <a href=\"https:\/\/radiopublic.com\/dig-your-dream-WoAxdx\/s1!5a3d8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">before he signed a contract<\/a> and moved over to Cedar Rapids Kernels, at the age of 21. In 2006, Richard was transferred twice, that is to Silver Sox at first. Then from there, he moved to Swing of the Quad Cities that same year. He played for them for about a year, before he signed another contract with Nashua Pride in 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Richard put a pause on his career for the whole of 2008 and this lasted for a year. He lifted the self-imposed hiatus in 2009 and went back to playing. He signed with one of his favorite teams; Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, where he played for four whole years. He ended his professional baseball career in 2012, and subsequently terminated his contract with Sothern Maryland Blue Crabs.<\/p>\n<p>Even after his retirement, he kept his hands busy as he ventured into another line of his career which he still does today. This is the summary of his life before he crossed paths with the TV personality.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>He is Currently a Businessman<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>After Richard parted ways with his baseball career, he made use of his degree. At this point, he started planning how to start up his firm. He named his business <em>Athlete Asset Management <\/em>at Global Wealth Management. Asides from that, Richard also works as a financial adviser, as stated on his profile.
