Bishop T.D. Jakes and his significant other, Serita Jakes, were already two-time parents before deciding to get married, and Jermaine is one of their kids born outside of marriage.

What Does Bishop T. D. Jakes’s Son Do for a Living?

T.D. Jakes’s second son is engaged at T.D. Jakes Ministries, where he works in his capacity as a Data Entry Specialist. Besides being the son of a clergy, Jermaine is into the propagation of the gospel and plays an important role at his father’s church, The Porter’s House, which is situated in Dallas, Texas.

The 3rd of January 2009 was a black day for Jermaine as he faced charges of indecent exposure in the presence of undercover Dallas police; this happened at Kiest Park.

According to the ensuing reports, Jermaine was at Kiest when he accosted an investigator with pants undone (he performed lewd acts) and later jerked off, establishing eye contact with the cop at the same time.

After he was arrested, the authorities rated his offense as a “Class B” misdemeanor, and according to the law, it was punishable by a $2k fine, and the offender can be locked up for six months. They later set his bond for $1,000, which was paid by his father; Jermaine was granted bail on personal recognizance. Describing his son’s detention, Bishop T.D. Jakes said it was sad, and it goes without saying that it tarnished the Jakes family name.
