In November 2022, it was speculated that Tino Chinyani and Simphiwe Ngema had rekindled their romance. The rumors were sparked by the pictures the two shared on their individual Instagram accounts. On one occasion, they were spotted on a romantic date. In another event, they were seen chilling off in a swimming pool, and Simphiwe’s feet were seen resting on Tino’s chest.
