The show is popular and has kept viewers immersed in the compelling story of power, treachery, and forgiveness. Below is a list of River’s teasers for June 2023.
Major Events that Took Place in The River in May 2023
Hlophes, Zwanes, and Dikanas banded together to fight their foe at the start of the play. The alarm was also sounded by Mlilo when the Hlophes grew eager to ascend to the throne. We witnessed the not-so-pretty method in which Dimpho and her new adversary finally came face to face.
As an adult, Morena acts in a way that is contrary to his better judgment. Mmaletsatsi managed to keep things together while Bukhosi and Nomafu were in conflict.
The River came to a conclusion, with Charlie getting lost in Veronica’s magic and Nomafu’s attempt to salvage her marriage failing. Nomafu retaliated as well, and Lindiwe realized that her new foe was more intelligent than she had anticipated.
