TB Joshua (born June 12, 1963, died June 5, 2021) was a Nigerian pastor, televangelist, and philanthropist known as the founder and Senior Pastor of The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) until his death in 2021. He was married to Evelyn Joshua with whom he had three children, including daughters, Serah Joshua and Promise Joshua. Not much is known about their third child.

Born Temitope Balogun on June 12, 1963, Johsua’s birth, according to his biography was surrounded with unusual circumstances that saw him spend 15 months in the womb of his mother among other things.
His journey to becoming a servant of God later begun when he was nicknamed “small pastor” in secondary school because of his affection for the Bible. He was later known for organizing bible studies for children in his area. TB Joshua’s wife is Evelyn Joshua, with whom he had three children. Evelyn is a minister in SCOAN and was believed to be the second most powerful person in the ministry until her husband’s passing.
The eldest of the couple’s children, Serah Joshua, finished from the London School of Economics, Department of Law. She was called to bar in Nigeria in December 2015, a year after which she was again called to bar in New York, USA. Other than that, nothing was disclosed about what led to his death. However, there were reports that the televangelist suffered stroke just two months before he died.
The popular philanthropist died at the age of 57, just two weeks away from his 58th birthday. His body was laid to rest on July 9, 2021
