The singer has visited South Africa before in 2013 to sold-out crowds. While he was much younger then, he’s all grown up now and there’s no doubt he will attract even more fans who are eager to watch him perform.
With 3.1 million sales worldwide for his latest album Purpose, Justin Bieber’s current global tour has smashed box office records.
Bieber also broke a record with his hit singles including; What Do you Mean, Sorry, Love Yourself which all stood at number one on the Billboard Top 200. Consequently, Bieber became the first male artist in almost a decade to have three number ones from one album.
Bieber will be performing in two different shows in the country, one in Cape Town and another one in Joburg. The Johannesburg show will come up on Sunday 14 May 2017 at FNB Stadium followed by Cape Town on Wednesday 17 May 2017 at Cape Town Stadium. The Purpose World Tour is the Canadian’s third worldwide tour.
