Skeem Saam is a SABC education production that airs on SABC1 on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays) at 18h30. The episodes released last month ended on an intriguing note as Mr. Kgomo was finally informed of the outcome of his disciplinary hearing. On the other hand, Babeile’s investigation into solving a murder case ended in victory, and his colleague was implicated and arrested.

Khwezikazi unknowingly offends Nokuthula with a certain request. Tbose suggests something to spice up his marriage with Mpitsi, and she is astonished. MaNtuli overhears a private conversation between two of her colleagues.

Lehasa seems disturbed about Khwezikazi’s newfound independence. Mrs. Kgomo and Mr. Kgomo’s divorce has a rippling effect on Pax. In response to Tbose’s scandalous request, Mapitsi strikes back with an ultimatum of her own.

A down-and-out Mr. Kgomo asks a very emasculating favor from Alfred. Tbose’s father-in-law seems unhappy and demands answers. Alfred announces the winners for the second round of the Maths Olympiad.

Lehasa uses his charm to try and get Khwezikazi calm. Mrs. Kgomo’s worry for her son deepens, and Tbose seems to have left some serious problems over the ocean.

Khwezikazi and Lehasa are at loggerheads about the past and immediate future. Pax’s behavior calls for concern at school and home. Tbose makes amends with his beloved in Turf.

Tbose is caught between a rock and a hard place over his future. As a means to serve his mission, Lehasa throws the L word at Khwezikazi. Pax finds out about his father’s new living arrangements in the most embarrassing way.

Skeem Saam Has Been on Air for Over 10 Years
Skeem Saam premiered on SABC1 in the year 2011 and has been running for more than a decade. It is currently renewed for the 12th season and is created by Winnie Serite. The production company behind the award-winning soapie is PEU Communications Solutions. And while Skeem Saam is executive produced by Winnie Serite, Debbie Strumpher is the producer.
Who is the New Actor on Skeem Saam?
As the premiere of the 12th season of Skeem Saam takes place on July 3rd, 2023, Hungani Ndlovu has joined the cast as Thabo “Tbose” Maputla, serving as the replacement for Thabiso Cornet Mamabolo, who previously played the role before leaving the show in 2021 to focus on his financial business. Also, Tazz Nginda gets introduced to the show as a charming marketing strategist, Sisanda Qhubeka.
