OMG! Rats Feast On 3-Month-Old Baby After Mom Left Her Home Alone

In the Katlehong township in Johannesburg, a 3-month-old baby girl was eaten alive by giant rats after her mother left her alone at home all night.

While the randy mother was out partying, the poor infant was devoured by some hungry rats as she lay helpless on her bed.

Meanwhile, her 26-year-old mother returned home during the early hours of the next morning to the horrific scene in their East Rand home. Fortunately, the baby girl’s twin brother, named Lucky, was lucky indeed as he escaped a similar painful death. Lucky was out with his mother on her all-night drinking binge.

Neighbours have called for the mother who has since been arrested for child neglect to ‘rot in jail’.

The daughter of the woman’s landlady, Noluthando Mtshali, said this is not the first time the woman is neglecting her duties as a mother.

“The only thing this woman likes is going out partying in the local shebeens.

I just could not bring myself to go in and see what happened to this poor child.

She has been a tenant since the beginning of the year and her twins were both in the hospital last week but we do not know why they had been taken to the hospital.

Speaking on the horrifying incident involving a 3-month-old baby, a neighbour said;

“The baby could only have died a painful death. The infant’s tongue, eyes and fingers had all been eaten.”

Captain Mega Ndobe, from Katlehong police, confirmed the arrest of the mother, saying the 3-month-old baby was eaten by rats.

“I can confirm the little girl died after being eaten by rats. The mother has been arrested and is facing charges of child negligence and the case will be heard in court next year.”

Apparently, this is not the first time she’s leaving the babies all alone. Most times, they would cry themselves to sleep according to neighbours. When asked where the babies are, she would say she left them at her sister’s.
