Pics: First Look At Serena Williams’ Baby Girl And Her Name

We never doubted that Serena Williams’ baby would be as cute as a button, but now we have some pictures to prove us right.

Earlier this month, the Tennis superstar welcomed her first child into the world. However, at the time of delivery, there were no pictures of the little one until now. Apparently, Serena knew we were all pregnant with her, thus, she couldn’t wait to show off her adorable daughter.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the proud mom shared a picture of her baby girl with the caption; “Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.”

Well, isn’t she cute? And she also has a cute name to go with it.

Back on Instagram, the tennis champ shared an adorable video on her stories of her newborn. She also shared series of other videos that documented her journey to motherhood which she admitted was a tough one.

Serena who won the Australian Open while she was pregnant gave birth to Alexis on Friday, September 1 after she was admitted to the St Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Serena, 35 who is also the world’s highest paid female athlete is also planning her wedding to her fiance and father of her baby, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. She announced her pregnancy earlier this year after she mistakenly posted a selfie of her growing baby bump on snapchat.

The 23-time Grand Slam winner said last month that she was planning to return to tennis for the Australian Open in January.
