Reports from Asia have it that a group of Indonesian farmers discovered their missing colleague inside a giant, 23 ft python.
From our gathering, the 25-year-old farmer, Akbar Salubiro was nowhere to be found on Sunday after he visited a farm in a remote village on the island of west Sulawesi, Indonesia.
Apparently, Salubiro was attacked and swallowed by a giant snake.
As it happened, a search party consisting of Salubiro’s friends and relatives, discovered the giant python in the missing farmer’s farm.
It’s said that the snake had a huge bulge in its stomach. That, made the search party believe the snake must have suffocated and swallowed Salubiro.
Confirming this incident, a village leader identified as Salubiro Junaidi related that “People had heard cries from the farm (palm grove) the night before Akbar was found in the snake’s stomach.
“We were immediately suspicious that the snake had swallowed Akbar because around the site we found palm fruit, his harvesting tool and a boot.
When the snake was captured, the boots Akbar was wearing were clearly visible in the stomach of the snake. Resident cut open the belly of the snake and Akbar was there, dead.”
Below is a video footage showing the moment Akbar Salubiro was removed from the seven-metre long python’s stomach.
