How To Place An Order On Exclusive Books

Placing an order on Exclusive Books stores is simple and easy-peasy. With these undermentioned steps, however, you’re one step away from flipping through your favourite books.

Begin by:

  • Searching for the items you would like to purchase.
  • Click ‘add to cart’ on the right-hand side of the relevant items.
  • After adding everything you want to your cart, click on ‘my cart’.

Note: You can only view the items you are about to purchase on ‘my cart’ platform.

  • Once you have confirmed the items and quantities, click ‘check out’ to proceed.

Note: It is on the ‘Check Out’ platform that you can choose if you would like your order to be sent together or as items become available. Here also, you are to indicate where you would like it to be delivered (either an address of your choice or any Exclusive Books store).

So, once you are done with information on ‘check out’, simply click ‘proceed to payment’.

What you can do on ‘proceed to payment’ platform

This is the most interesting part of the transaction. On this platform, you can redeem any Gift Cards, Digital Vouchers or Fanatics Rewards you might have available. Once you have applied any available vouchers to your order, you can choose to pay for the remaining amount via Credit Card or EFT.

Note: If you wish to pay via Credit Card, simply enter the required information and click ‘place order’. But if you choose EFT, the page will expand to show our banking details. Once you have made a note of these, click ‘place order’.

After placing your order, you will then need to make the EFT payment via your online banking or at your nearest bank branch.

Note: You have 7 working days to make payment in the case of EFT payment, customers and orders are only confirmed on receipt of proof of payment.
