BuzzSouthAfrica gathered that Anele Ntlemeza, the daughter of disgraced former Hawks boss, Berning Ntlemeza has threatened to a kill a police officer who opened a docket against her father.
She reportedly made the call on Thursday, raining abuses on Police Minister Fikile Mbalula and the police officer Captain Boitumelo Ramahlaha.
Ramahlaha was phoned by Anele shortly after a High Court in Pretoria permanently disqualified his father from holding public office and from reporting for work as Hawks head.
The police officer is said to have opened a file against Ntlemeza for corruption and defeating the ends of justice after a docket belonging to a police lover of Ntlemeza’s other daughter Amanda went missing.
Amanda’s alleged lover is a Limpopo police officer. The disgraced Hawks boss denied ever knowing about the missing docket.
Few months after Ramahlaha opened the docket against Ntlemeza, he was suspended by the police for allegedly leaking the information to the media.
During Anele’s Ntlemeza phone call to the suspended officer, she threatened to make life miserable for the cop if he continues to mess up with the Ntlemezas.
Anele, who is reportedly a police officer accused the cop of being Mbalula’s informant. She also vowed to hunt him down and kill him if he continues intimidating and harassing her sister Amanda.
Local media outlet News24 quoted Anele as saying: “Stop messing around with my family or I will come after you with everything I’ve got. I will go as far as killing you,” she said.
When Ramahlaha asked her why she wants to kill him for Ntlemeza, she replied: “You think you are clever? You psychotic motherfucker. You need a psychiatric evaluation. If I ever hear you contact or insult my sister, you are dead. I will kill you. Call her now and it will be your last day.”
In subsequent calls, Anele asked the cop to tell the media what transpired, adding that she wants to be famous.
Meanwhile, Ramahlala has opened a case against Anele Ntlemeza, at Pretoria Central, of intimidation and conspiracy to murder.
This was confirmed by Forensic investigator Paul O’Sullivan, who would be acting as a witness against the ex-Hawks boss.
When he messaged Anele Ntlemeza about opening a docket against her family, she reportedly replied: “See you in hell. You don’t scare me, you terrorist. You come to South Africa to promote your criminal ways. You are messing with the wrong family. I’m not scared of you Paul.”
Police Minister Mbalula could not comment on Anele’s insult. He, however, expressed surprise that Ntlemeza’s daughter is a police officer.
On Thursday, Judge Sheila Mphahlele thwarted Berning’s urgent legal bid to interdict Mbalula. In addition, he was ordered to pay the costs of his latest round of litigation.
