This shucking response comes after the Minister Mbalula  charged the police officials to recommit themselves in making South Africa safe.

Speaking during a parade to mark his official welcome to the Police Ministry at the SAPS Academy in Pretoria West, the police minister promised not to allow any police officer to die in vain but called on the members to tighten up their belts against all forms of corruption.

He said communities must mobilize to help the police department in fighting and defeating crime because fighting and beating crime was the sole mandate of the SAPs

“No police officer will die in vain; anyone who kills a police officer will be met with fire. I am not saying shoot-to-kill, but shoot back. You have guns; use them to protect yourselves and communities.” he told police members.

The arrest at M7 freeway in Durban comes just a few days after a video which went viral on social media had the devastating heist of Cash In Transit van, also in the middle of a highway.

Sadly, the cops couldn’t get to that one as the van was surrounded by traffic. The robbers literally blew up the van in order to gain access to the money, sending debris flying into the air.
