Thus, it wasn’t long before fans noticed that Rikky wasn’t featured on the Mabala Noise poster. The line-up included most of Mabala’s big shots including Nasty C, DJ Bongz, Lvovo, Kelly Khumalo, her sister Zandie, Musa and Robbie Malinga.

Notwithstanding, Mabala Noise rubbished the rumours that Riky Rick was deliberately left out.

According to Mabala Noise spokesperson Mhlo Gumede;

“Not all our signees are there. Mroza sings maskandi so he can’t be there. Our gospel artists such as Thokozile Langa is not there. Not everyone is there. There are people who won the Metros and those that did not. The line-up was made depending on who is relevant to the club and who has bookings on that weekend.”
