Excited Loyiso Gola Reacts
He said: “It’s a very competitive show, and it will definitely help me get some more exposure in that territory. But I think it will go well and hopefully they will like me and have me back in a more permanent role, like they have done with some of their other acts.”
Notably, Mock The Week is hosted by Dara Ó Briain. It combines the best elements of a panel show, stand-up and improvised games. The show airs on BBC 2.

Loyiso also plans to move abroad if all goes well. Not only that, he also disclosed plans of shooting a comedy special in America in September.
Last year, the stand-up comedian played the role of a correspondent on Australian comedy show The Weekly with Charlie Pickerin.
The Weekly with Charlie Pickerin also co-stars Tom Gleeson and Kitty Flanagan.
Loyiso Gola is the co-creator and anchor of the Late Nite News with Loyiso Gola on e.tv and eNCA. The show was launched in 2010.
In May, Loyiso Gola engaged in a spat with Naked DJ over #AskAMan comments.
Coming in as male relationship experts, The Naked DJ & JJ dish out their perspective and advice on matters of the heart during Metro FM’s Ask A Man, hosted by Bonang Matheba.
But, Loyiso expressed that he doesn’t think they should be giving relationship advice, claiming that they are not “experts in these topics.”
Not taking it light, the Naked DJ hit back at the comedian, saying he’s not an “expert in comedy either.”
The spat quickly saw the comedian becoming a trending topic on the social media platform.
