Though filming the series really had a positive impact on the channel as they hit audience figures of approximately 1,16 million viewers for the soft-porn Emmanuelle series. Nevertheless, they just had to remove it from the screen.

However, this did not sit well with fans who have taken to Twitter to plead for the return of e.tv porn movies. They just want the channel to go back to broadcasting adult content on its screen.

As a result, the hashtag #BringBackR18MoviesOnETV has been sitting on top of the trends list since Thursday night. And that was how outspoken musician Ntsiki Mazwai came into the picture, brandishing her sword of shades.

Ntsiki slammed Twitter users who suggested that e.tv should bring back the popular late night R-Rated films. Apparently, she is not a fan of the campaign to bring porn back to TV.
