Controversial Pastor Mboro – real name; Paseka Motsoeneng has come out in his own defense against the criticisms on his new car.
The controversial pastor who is also the founder of Incredible Happenings Ministries recently acquired a new fancy wheels worth R2million.
Social media users welcomed the news with mixed feelings. This was after the BMW outlet where he acquired the fancy wheels from tweeted their congratulations. As expected, the price tag that came with the car raised eyebrows and people took to the social media to lambaste the pastor. Some took it as far as labeling him a “false prophet.”
However, in his response to the backlashes, Mboro explained his latest achievement as the way in which God has changed his life. According to the clergyman, an 8-week journey, called Incredible 8 Weeks, which he embarked on, paid off.
Apparently, his prayer request during the spiritual journey was for God to transform people’s lives, including his.
Thus, during a radio show on Ekurhuleni’s Kasie FM, he said:
“People don’t understand how I am able to afford a BMW”
“It’s funny because we had Incredible 8 Weeks, and in this Incredible 8 Weeks, I said God is going to change my life.”
As long as controversial pastor Mboro is concerned, God has rewarded him for all the work he does for the poor.
“The Bible says, those who take care of the poor, will be lifted up by Jesus. I’ve been helping the poor. God is rewarding me, with an i8,” he revealed.
Meanwhile, Mboro is currently in a battle with the state broadcaster (SABC) for allegedly defrauding him. According to Mboro, the SABC swindled him of more than R500 000 which he paid to promote his church on air.
